Privacy policy

What we collect

• Demo request details. When you ask for a demo, we collect what you put in the form: typically your name, work email, company, and anything you tell us about your products and current tools. We use it to prepare for and follow up on that conversation — nothing else.
• Email correspondence. If you write to us at hello@manufacts.ai or security@manufacts.ai, we keep the thread so we can respond and keep context in future conversations.
• Privacy-friendly analytics. If analytics are enabled on this site, they are cookieless and aggregate: page views and referrers, with no cross-site tracking and no profile of you as an individual. We can see that a page was visited, not who you are.

What we don’t do

• No ad trackers. This site does not load advertising pixels, retargeting scripts, or social-media trackers.
• No selling or renting data. Your information is never sold, rented, or traded to anyone, for any reason.
• No surprise mailing lists. Requesting a demo gets you a reply from a person, not a drip campaign you didn’t ask for.

Who processes it

Demo requests and correspondence are handled by our team and stored with the infrastructure providers that run this site and our email — under their standard data-protection terms. We share your information with service providers only as needed to operate the site and respond to you, and with authorities only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Demo requests and email threads are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterward, so we have context if you come back. If you want your details deleted sooner, email us and we’ll remove them. Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are kept for trend history.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email hello@manufacts.ai — a person will handle it, without a form maze.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and its effective date. We won’t quietly weaken it: any material change to what we collect or how we use it will be stated plainly at the top.
